Thirteen occasions, one way of working: you tell the story, read the lyrics, hear two recordings and keep the one you love. Each page has songs in that register, ideas for what to put in yours, and a one-tap start with the right settings.

Celebrations

The dates on the calendar — birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas, Eid. The song is about the person, the date just decides when it's played.

Why an occasion page

The date decides when it's played. The story decides everything else.

A personalised song is the same product on every one of these pages:about two minutes (one to three, depending on how much you write), written from what you tell us about one person, sung in the genre and voice you choose, yours from A$39. What changes with the occasion is the opening. A birthday song starts with the year they’ve had; a wedding song with how you met; a thank-you with what they did and when. The pages exist so you don’t have to work that out — each one starts the wizard with the right occasion, a tone that suits it, and prompts that get the useful details out of you.

If you know who it’s for but not what for, start from the relationship instead — the pages for a mum, dad, wife, husband or best friend are written the same way, from the other direction.
