LyricsGift generates personalised songs from stories you write. Lyrics and music are AI-generated; you review and approve the lyrics before any music is made. Songs are delivered to your account and, if you choose, a shareable gift page.

You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. Email verification is required before purchasing.

Write only about people you have a genuine connection to. Don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or intended to harass or impersonate. We may decline to generate or may remove content that violates this, and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Songs are AI-generated works created from your input. You get personal-use rights: play them at your own events, share the gift link, download and keep the files, post them on personal social accounts. Not covered: selling, licensing, advertising use, or passing the songs off as human-composed. The AI & ownership page explains this in plain English.

LyricsGift is operated from Australia. Our registered business name and ABN are being finalised and will be published on this page before paid orders open. Questions about these terms: reply to any email we've sent you, and a person answers. A dedicated support address will be published when our domain is set up.

Pricing is shown before you pay. Refunds are described in the refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
